Shipping policy

At Olea Jewelry, each piece is packaged with care to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Please take a moment to review our shipping terms below before placing your order.

Processing Time

All orders are carefully prepared and typically processed within 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday).
Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days within the United States, depending on the carrier’s schedule and destination.

Please note that weekends and holidays are not included in the processing or shipping time.
As many of our designs are made to order, we may ship once a week. Updates on shipping schedules are regularly shared on our Instagram page (@OleaJewelry.us), so you can stay informed about current dispatch times.

Shipping Information

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping details entered at checkout are accurate.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer, nor for shipments marked as “Delivered” by the carrier that are not received.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, unclaimed delivery, or failed delivery attempt, the buyer will be responsible for a reshipping fee of $5, which covers standard USPS shipping costs.

Carrier and Tracking

All orders are shipped via USPS or another reliable carrier. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package until it arrives.

Delays

Olea Jewelry is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by postal services, weather conditions, or customs inspections. We do our best to assist, but once your order leaves our store, delivery times are beyond our control.
