At Olea Jewelry, each piece is handcrafted and carefully inspected before it leaves our store. We value your satisfaction and strive to ensure every order meets our quality standards. Please review our return and exchange guidelines below.
Lost or Missing Packages
We are only responsible for packages lost in transit before they reach their destination.
If your tracking information shows that the order was delivered but you did not receive it, please note that we cannot issue replacements or refunds, as this situation falls under the carrier’s responsibility.
We recommend checking with your local post office or neighbors and filing a claim directly with USPS if this occurs.

Wrong Item or Size
If you received an incorrect product or size, we sincerely apologize — mistakes can happen, and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order by emailing oleajewelryinfo@gmail.com or through our contact page.
Include your full name, order number, photos of the item, and a brief description of the issue.
Our team will provide instructions for returning or replacing the item.

Returns & Eligibility
Due to hygiene and customization reasons:
Earrings and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Custom or personalized pieces (engraved, name, or made-to-order designs) are non-returnable.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:
Be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Be requested within 3 days of delivery.
Include proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the return shipping fee.

Exchanges & Resizing
If your ring or necklace does not fit as expected, we offer a 3-day resizing exchange window from the date of delivery.
Contact us first to confirm eligibility and receive further instructions before sending any item back.
The item must be returned in perfect condition and in its original packaging.

Damaged or Broken Items
If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
We will assess the situation and, if applicable, arrange for a repair or replacement (restrictions may apply).
Requests made after this period will not qualify for a replacement.

Refunds
We do not offer monetary refunds.
Approved returns are eligible for store credit only, which can be applied to future purchases.
No exchanges or refunds will be granted for final sale or custom items.
